History
GreenBloomers Foundation (GBF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to environmental sustainability and the enhancement of urban green spaces. Established by agricultural graduates from Agricultural College (Mandya UAS and GKVK, Bengaluru), the primary aim of GBF is to transform barren and vacant lands into lush, green areas to conserve soil and increase Earth’s greenery. Over the past decade, GBF has been striving enthusiastically to retain and enhance the greenery on our planet. The organization is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, underscoring its commitment to social causes and non-profit initiatives.

GreenBloomers is committed to transforming barren and vacant lands into thriving green spaces to conserve soil and enhance urban greenery. By focusing on landscape architecture in urban spaces and schools, GBF aims to raise awareness about diverse flora and fauna among children and citizens.
Vision:
To create a healthier environment and improve overall greenery by establishing as many green spaces as possible. GBF envisions a future where urban landscapes are abundant with green, aesthetic spaces that inspire environmental responsibility and appreciation.

1 Transforming Barren Lands: GBF works to convert vacant and barren lands, owned by both government and non-government entities, into thriving urban forests. These efforts provide numerous environmental, social, and economic benefits to urban communities.
2 Landscape Architecture: The organization focuses on creating beautiful, green environments in urban areas and schools. Projects like transforming the Namma Bengaluru metro station into a Green Metro Station and enhancing schools with colorful art and greenery aim to foster a sense of environmental responsibility and appreciation among commuters, city dwellers, and students.
3 Awareness and Education: GBF believes that planting a variety of plant species and creating gardens is the best way to serve society and promote a greener planet. Educational programs and initiatives are designed to engage the community, especially kids, in understanding and appreciating diverse flora and fauna.
